Stir-fried kelp and carrots

Kelp has a lot of vitamin, mineral, and fiber. It is good for health and beauty.

Ingredients

  • 5 g Dried kelp- like noodles
  • 130 g Noodle konnyaku
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash the dried kelp and cut it into noodle-shaped pieces.
  • Cut the carrot into strips
  • Cut the noodle konnyaku into 5 cm length and season it with salt, then wash it.
  • Stir-fry 3 well with sesame oil.
  • Add 1 and 2 to 4, then fry it.
  • Add all seasonings to 5, then fry it until the soup simmers away.
