Tomato stuffed with buckwheat seeds
Buckwheat seeds is one of superfood. It has a lot of minerals.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 40 g Buckwheat seeds
- 200 cc Water
- a little Salt
- 2 Tomatoes(medium- size)
- 40 g Minced chicken
- a little Salt
- 2 tbsp Wheat gluten
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 50 g Melting cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Put the buckwheat seeds, water, and salt into a pan. Boil over high heat until the water boils, then turn to low heat for 15 minutes and finally remove from heat and cool.
- Cut 1 mm from the bottom of the tomatoes and 5mm from their tops.
- Scoop out the insides from 2.
- Mix the minced chicken, salt, soaked wheat gluten with milk, and love well.
- Put 4 into 3 and bake on frying pan with olive oil for 1minute.
- Put melting cheese on 5, Put the tops of tomatoes at the side of 5, and bake at 200℃ for 10minutes.
- When finished baking, put the tops of the tomatoes on top of 5 and serve
