Ginger flavor Pumpkin and Amazake soup

Ingredients
- 50 g Pumpkin
- 10 g Onion
- 300 cc Kelp broth
- 200 cc Amazake (non-alcohol)
- 1 piece Ginger
- 2 Japanese parsley
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Thin slice pumpkin and onion.
- Boil 1 with kelp broth until pumpkin becomes soft.
- Put 2 into mixer and crush.
- Put 3 into pot, and add amazake, chopped ginger with love to 3 and warm.
- Put Japanese parsley on 4.
Notes
*It has a very refreshing taste. Ginger and Amazake is good combination.
