Rice with Azuki Beans
Azuki beans remove swelling. It also has fiber and Vitamin B.
Servings: 5 people
Ingredients
- 3 C Rice
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 3 C Water +50cc
- 30 g Azuki beans
- 1 tbsp Ginger juice
- 5 Japanese basil
- a little Salt
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Clean the rice and soak it in the water.
- Add the cooking wine, the azuki beans, the ginger juice, and a lot love to 1 and cook in a rice cooker.
- Chop the Japanese basils and mix with salt.
- When the rice is ready, stir it thoroughly.
- Put 3 on top of the rice in a bowl.
