Sakura steamed glutinous rice

Salty cherry blossom goes well with glutinous rice. Its scent is really nice.

Ingredients

  • 2 C Glutinous rice
  • 100 cc Water
  • 1 tsp Sakura salt
  • 5 pieces Salted cherry blossoms
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Soak glutinous rice in water for 12 hours.
  • Steam 1 for 7min. then pour a little water.
  • Steam 2 for another 7min.
  • Mix 3 and water with Sakura salt.
  • Steam 4 for 10min.
  • Mix chopped Salted cherry blossoms and love with 5.
