rice balls with shrimp
This is one of Nagoya dishes. Fried shrimp goes well with rice.
Servings: 10 people
Ingredients
- 5 Shrimp
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Flour
- 2 tsp Potato flour
- 2 C Rice
- 2 Seaweed
- 30 cc Rice oil
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Cook rice in the usual mode.
- Cut off shrimp’s heads and remove the shells, then cut into halves lengthwise.
- Add the salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, flour, and potato flour to 2
- Deep- fry 3 with rice oil.
- Make rice balls with 4
- Wrap seaweed around the rice balls.
