Rice with Azuki Beans

Azuki beans remove swelling. It also has fiber and Vitamin B.

Ingredient

  • 3 C Rice
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 3 C Water +50cc
  • 30 g Azuki beans
  • 1 tbsp Ginger juice
  • 5 Japanese basil
  • a little Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Clean the rice and soak it in the water.
  • Add the cooking wine, the azuki beans, the ginger juice, and a lot love to 1 and cook in a rice cooker.
  • Chop the Japanese basils and mix with salt.
  • When the rice is ready, stir it thoroughly.
  • Put 3 on top of the rice in a bowl.
