Sweet potato Dumpling

Ingredients

  • 300 g Sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 70 g Potato starch
  • 5 tbsp Water    
  • A lot Love
  • 2tsp Olive oil

sauce

  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sake

Instructions

  • Steam sweet potatoes with the skin on.
  • Mash 1, add sugar, potato starch, water and love.
  • Bake 2 in a frying pan with olive oil.
  • Add the sauce to 3 and season to taste.

Notes

Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin C. It is a good food to take from inside the body for summer sunburn.
