Deep-fried croquette
Deep-fried croquette
This croquette is no coating. I use deep-fried tofu instead of coating.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 Potato
- 2 tbsp Chopped Kimchi
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 pieces Deep-fried tofu
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Steam a potato until tender.
- Mash 1.
- Mix chopped kimchi, 1, mayonnaise, and love.
- Turn over the deep-fried tofu.
- Put 3 into 4.
- Bake 5 with rapeseed oil.
Notes
It is good idea to use deep-fried tofu instead of batter.
