Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 50 g Corn grits
- 50 g Light flour
- 3 g Baking powder
- 40 g Cane sugar
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 30 g Butter
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Sift corn grits, flour and baking powder.
- Add sugar to 1 and mix well.
- Mix milk and eggs well.
- Put 3 into 2 in 3 times.
- Melt butter with hot water and add to 4.
- Add love to 5 and pour into a 20cm square mold.
- Bake at180℃ for 25 minutes.
- Cut into 16 equal portions and serve.
Notes
Corn grits are the dried corn husks and germ removed and the endosperm finely ground. Corn grits are rougher than cornmeal and corn flour and have a very good texture.
