Fried Tofu Quiche
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 2 Fried tofu
- 100 cc Soy milk
- 2 Egg
- a little Salt
- a little Pepper
- 1 tsp Anchovy paste
- 1 Sausage
- 2 pieces Broccoli
- 50 g Cheesefor pizza
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Soak fried tofu and wipe oil.
- Put fried tofu in a baking resistant container.
- Steam broccoli
- Cut sausage into 0.5 cm width.
- Mix soy milk, egg, salt, pepper, and anchovy paste with love.
- Put 3 and 4 into 2.
- Pour 5 into 6, then put shred cheese on top.
- Bake 7 in an oven at 180℃ for 40 minutes.
Notes
* It is really healthy using fried tofu instead of quiche.
