Apple Chiffon Cake

Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 100 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- 5 Eggs
- 100 g Granulated sugar
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Grate the apples and set aside.
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Mix olive oil and water.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Mix the yolks well, then beat in the sugar in 3 parts.
- Beat the whites to stiff peaks.
- Add 3 and 2 to 5 and mix well
- Add 1 to 7.
- Add 6 to 8 and mix well, then pour the mixture into a chiffon cake mold.
- Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.
Notes
* Turn the cake upside down and set aside to cool.
