Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Cream tarter
  • 50 g Flour
  • 20 g Cocoa powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • a lot Love

Chocolatecream

  • 100 g Chocolate
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • as you want Fruit
  • Pinkpepper, pistachio powder, crystal sugar, etc.

Instructions

  • Separate the eggs into egg whites and egg yolks.
  • Beat the egg yolks well and add sugar in three times.
  • Beat the egg whites stiffly and add the cream tartar.
  • Sift the flour and cacao powder.
  • Mix 2, 4 and milk together.
  • Quickly mix in 5, 3 and love.
  • Pour the mixture into the roll cake mold and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
  • Beat the cream half. add the hot chocolate and beat well.
  • When the heat of 7 is removed, spread half of 8 and roll it up with the fruit. 1/6 of the fruit should be cut and placed on top of 5/6.
  • Spread half of 8 around 9 and decorate with fruit, pink pepper, pistachio powder,crystal sugar, etc.

This cake, which looks like a tree stump, is one of the most popular Christmas cakes in France.
