Cashew nuts with black sugar

It is good snack for tea and alcohol. It is crunchy

Ingredients

  • 90 g Cashew nuts (unsalted)
  • 40 g Brown sugar
  • as you like Granulated sugar
  • 20 cc Water
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Roast the Cashew nuts in the oven at 170℃ for 20min.
  • Cooked black sugar and water until they thicken.
  • Put 1 into 2
  • Cover 3 with granulated sugar and a lot of Love.
  • Put 4 in the refrigerator for 30min. or so.
