Red bean scones

Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- a little Salt
- 60 g Butter
- 50 g Sweet bean paste
- a little Sugar
- 40 cc Milk
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Sift the flour and baking powder.
- Add butter to 1 and mix until smooth.
- Add salt and sugar to 2.
- Mix sweet Azuki beans and love into 3.
- Add milk a little at a time to 4, and knead to earlobe level.
- Die cut 5 with a scone cutter and bake at 180degrees for 20 minutes.
Notes
*This is a festive scone. Why don’t you try them with clotted cream and sweet bean paste?
