Tofu Tea cake
Tofu cake is really fluffy texture and healthy.

Cost: ¥200
Ingredients
- 150 g Silken tofu
- 70 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- A little Salt
- 110 g Flour
- 11/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pack Tea leaves (Tea bag) 3g
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix silken tofu, sugar, egg, rapeseed oil, and salt well with food processor.
- Mix flour and baking powder.
- Mix 1, 2, and tea leaves with love.
- Put cooking sheet in the baking pan.
- Pour 3 into 4 and dent the middle.
- Bake 5 at 190℃ for 25 minutes.
Notes
Tofu cake is really chewy and healthy. Tea leaves in a teabag is called “dust”. It is really fine tea leaves.
