Ingredients

  • 240 g Flour
  • 10 g Baking powder
  • 30 g Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • 80 g Olive oil
  • 100 g Milk
  • 15 g Soybean flour
  • 15 g Cheese powder
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix flour, baking powder, sugar,salt, soybean flour and cheese powder.
  •  Add oliveoil and love to 1 and mix well.
  • Add milk to 2 and mix well
  • Punch out 3 in a scone mold.
  • Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

Notes

These scones are crispy and very tasty even as they are.
As a Valentine’s Day treat, it is even more delicious with clotted cream and chocolate on top. It tastes even better.
