Kinako Scone

Ingredients
- 240 g Flour
- 10 g Baking powder
- 30 g Sugar
- a little Salt
- 80 g Olive oil
- 100 g Milk
- 15 g Soybean flour
- 15 g Cheese powder
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, sugar,salt, soybean flour and cheese powder.
- Add oliveoil and love to 1 and mix well.
- Add milk to 2 and mix well
- Punch out 3 in a scone mold.
- Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
Notes
These scones are crispy and very tasty even as they are.
As a Valentine’s Day treat, it is even more delicious with clotted cream and chocolate on top. It tastes even better.
