Tenpura of sweet potato and dried young sardine
Sweet potato has a lot of vitamin C and fiber. Sardine has calcium. This is healthy dish.

- 100 g Sweet potato
- 10 g Dried young sardine
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Potato flour
- 2 tbsp Water
- moderate amount Rice oil
- a lot Love
- moderate amount Red Japanese basil salt
Thinly slice sweet potato and put it into 50 degree hot water.
Mix flour, potato flour, water, and love.
Mix 1, dried young sardine, and 2.
Deep fry 3 in rice oil at 180 degree.
Serve 4 with red Japanese basil salt.
