Tofu Chijimi

Ingredients

  • 150 g silken tofu
  • 5 chives
  • 2 tbsp tuna flakes
  • 3 tbsp potato starch
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp white soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Drain the silken tofu.
  • Cut chives into 2cm pieces.
  • Mash tofu from 1, mix with tuna flakes, potato starch, rice flour and salt.
  • When you mixed well, add 2 chives and love
  • Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and pour 4 into the pan.
  • Grill on both sides until golden brown.
  • Cut into 6 equal pieces (You can add garlic soy sauce, salt, etc. to taste.)

Notes

Tofu makes chijimi very soft and sticky.
