Tofu Chijimi

Tofu Chijimi
Servings: 1 piece
Cost: 300 yen
Ingredients
- 150 g silken tofu
- 5 chives
- 2 tbsp tuna flakes
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tsp white soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A lot love
Instructions
- Drain the silken tofu.
- Cut chives into 2cm pieces.
- Mash tofu from 1, mix with tuna flakes, potato starch, rice flour and salt.
- When you mixed well, add 2 chives and love
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and pour 4 into the pan.
- Grill on both sides until golden brown.
- Cut into 6 equal pieces (You can add garlic soy sauce, salt, etc. to taste.)
Notes
Tofu makes chijimi very soft and sticky.
