Chinese steamed rice
In China they make this in May. It is chewy rice.
Servings: 8 pieces
Ingredients
- 3 cups Glutinous rice
- 20 g Dried scallop
- 20 g Dried shrimp
- 250 g Pork block
- 200 g Bamboo shoot
- 3 Dried mushroom
- 1 C Dried mushroom broth
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Wash glutinous rice and soak it in water all night through.
- Soak dried scallop and shrimp in cooking wine until tender.
- Soak dried shiitake mushroom in water until tender.
- Cut pork, bamboo shoot , and 3 into 1cm cube
- Stir-fry 4 and 1.for 10min.
- Put seasoning , shiitake mushroom soup and love into 5
- Wrap 1/8 of 6 with aluminum foil and steam for 15min. over high heat.
