Scone with dried persimmon

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 50 g butter
- 1 egg
- 80 ml milk
- 4 dried persimmons
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- A lot love
Instructions
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Add sugar, salt, cinnamon and allspice to 1.
- Add butter to the mixture and mix with your hands。
- Add milk to 3 and knead (add milk a little at a time as needed).
- Add roughly chopped dried persimmons, black sesame seeds, and love to 4, and roll out the dough to a 3 cm thickness.
- Cut out 5 with scone cutter, brush milk on top and put black sesame seeds on the top and bake at 200 degrees for 18 minutes.
Notes
Dried persimmons contain plenty of dietary fiber, which helps regulate the intestines that have been overused during the year-end and New Year holidays. It also helps prevent high blood pressure.
