Kura Cooking’s recipe book is now available!
One tourist from abroad suggested to me, “I want a recipe book that I can take home with me.”
It has been a year since that advice was given.
It took a year, but in November, Kura Cooking’s first English-language recipe book was completed.
At first, I thought the recipe book would be simpler, but I hit many obstacles along the way, and I learned a lot along the way.
Mr. S, the person in charge of C-power, a company in Tajimi, Japan, who has always taken care of my website creation and maintenance. He always noticed the smallest of details and took care of them. Not only that, he took very beautiful and delicious looking pictures. Another person in charge, who actually worked out the layout and other details to make the book look like a book, also taught us how to use the tableware and accessories for the photos. Most of all, I would also like to thank them for changing the paper I had ordered because the colors did not come out beautifully when I printed the last trial print.
I also asked my favorite English teacher, Kathy, to correct the English sentences in the book. She helped me with not only the correct usage but also the rules unique to English writing, etc. Over a period of three months, she took a close look at my work.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the people who supported me in making this book. I hope many people will take a look at it. All the recipes are in English, and the pictures are beautiful.
