Spring cooking at Kura

Spring has come to my cooking class.

We are enjoying making spring dishes.

We can make 7 dishes in a short time.

We make cherry blossom rice cake with steamed white fish inside・stir-fried new onion, pork, and cloud ear mushroom・boiled brassica flowers with broth・udo rice・home-made cherry blossom tofu・spring cabbage’s soup・cherry blossom jelly

The people who took part in this class were all very surprised at how easy these were to make.

But nonetheless they are guaranteed to be delicious.

Your lovers, husbands, friends, and family will surely sing your praises.
