Yuzu-Flavored Chinese Cabbage Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 200 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 10 g Dried wood ear mushrooms
  • 20 g Goji berries
  • 1 Small Yuzu
  • 2 tsp White soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Soak the wood ear mushrooms and wolf berries in hot water.
  • Finely shred the yuzu peel and juice the fruit.
  • Squeeze the Chinese cabbage from step 1 to remove excess water. Thinly slice the wood ear mushrooms from step 2.
  • Mix the cabbage and wood ear mushrooms from step 4 with the wolf berries from step 2. Add the yuzu peel, juice, and love from step 3.
  • Adjust the flavor with white say sauce and plate the salad.
  • Sprinkle ground sesame seeds on top after plating.

Notes

Cabbage coleslaw is common, but thoroughly draining the water from the Chinese cabbage makes for a delicious Chinese cabbage coleslaw.
