Japanese Traditional Steamed Chocolate cake (Uiro)

Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 300 ml water
- 60 g chocolate
- A lot love
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar and cocoa powder well
- Mix 1 with water
- Strain the mixture through a colander into a microwavable container
- Heat 3 in a microwave oven at 700 watts for 5 minutes
- Open the lid of the container, place the chocolate on top and microwave again at 700 watts for 1 minute.
Notes
It is a very tasty steamed cake. Chocolate is good for Japanese sweets.
