  • 16cm Square Cake Pan

Ingredients

  • 150 g Flour
  • 3 g Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g Rice oil
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 30 ml Soy milk
  • A lot Love

Cinnamon Sugar

  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Sift the flour and baking powder together.
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Thoroughly mix the rice oil and soy milk until emulsified.
  • Combine the mixtures from steps 2 and 3, then gently fold in the sifted flour mixture from step 1.
  • Line the pan with parchment paper and pour half of the batter into it.
  • Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar over layer 5, then pour the remaining batter from step 4 on top.
  • Finally, sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Bake at 180℃ for 25 minutes.

Notes

Cinnamon warms the body, aiding digestive function. It also improves blood circulation, making it effective for stiff shoulders, headaches, and lower back pain.
