Cinnamon Sugar Cake

- 16cm Square Cake Pan
Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 3 g Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g Rice oil
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 30 ml Soy milk
- A lot Love
Cinnamon Sugar
- 50 g Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Sift the flour and baking powder together.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Thoroughly mix the rice oil and soy milk until emulsified.
- Combine the mixtures from steps 2 and 3, then gently fold in the sifted flour mixture from step 1.
- Line the pan with parchment paper and pour half of the batter into it.
- Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar over layer 5, then pour the remaining batter from step 4 on top.
- Finally, sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Bake at 180℃ for 25 minutes.
Notes
Cinnamon warms the body, aiding digestive function. It also improves blood circulation, making it effective for stiff shoulders, headaches, and lower back pain.
