Nagoya-Meshi Cooking with Two Amazing Ladies

Today we welcomed two energetic ladies currently working in Japan. Before Japan, they had spent time together in Belgium. Their request this time was to cook Nagoya-meshi.
Although they said they don’t usually cook, they were impressively quick and skillful, and the dishes turned out both beautiful and delicious.
The highlight of the day was the sweet-and-spicy chicken wings (tebasaki). They also enjoyed making tenmusu (rice balls with tempura) and miso soup, and it seems they’ll be able to recreate everything at home.
For their next visit, they said they’d like to try making miso. I’m looking forward to seeing them again!
