Japanese Traditional Steamed Chocolate cake (Uiro)

  • microwavable container

Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 300 ml water
  • 60 g chocolate
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Mix flour, sugar and cocoa powder well
  • Mix 1 with water
  • Strain the mixture through a colander into a microwavable container
  • Heat 3 in a microwave oven at 700 watts for 5 minutes
  • Open the lid of the container, place the chocolate on top and microwave again at 700 watts for 1 minute.

Notes

It is a very tasty steamed cake. Chocolate is good for Japanese sweets.
