Miso made with Black beans
I make original miso every February.
It has long been said that February is the best month for making miso.
I usually make miso made with white beans.
This year I was given a lot of black beans.
I boiled some of them but there were too many beans to eat.
So, I tried making black bean miso.
I don’t know if the miso will be good or not?
Now I only pray to God for success if making delicious black bean miso.
I ‘m looking forward to tasting it.
