The welcome drink was home-made grape juice and iced lemongrass tea.

Both were very fresh. Fresh drink give us energy.

At first we made the dessert. Most students had never seen “lotus fruits”, so they were happy.

“Kikurage” had a texture like agar, and all the students liked it.

Making chicken ham was simple. Eggplant covered with tuna sauce was a really good-looking dish.

Bite sized of Korean pancake with bitter melon were a snack which even people who don’t like bitter melon can eat.

Cooked dried shiitake mushrooms and green peppers were well with white rice.

Ladyfinger rice was good for a packed lunch. Japanese style pumpkin soup was lighter than western-style pumpkin soup.

Everything was excellent!

I’d like to thank all the class participants very much for coming to this class.
