In July’s cooking class
This month, I prepared a special menu for the students.
We didn’t use too much heat or seasoning.
Plum beef: We used sour plums which are useful for stimulating the appetite.
A mix of cucumbers, dried sardines, and Japanese ginger: Japanese ginger is good for
cleansing the digestive system.
Pickled cloud ear: Black cloud ear is good for preventing anemia.
Potato and cheese rice cake: Potatoes are good for high blood pressure
Rice with Red beans: red beans are good for summer preventing diseases
Lady Finger soup: Lady Finger makes you calm.
Walnut jelly: walnuts make the skin beautiful
Every student could make all 7 dishes quickly.
