Eggplant dumpling

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggplant
  • 100 g Minced pork
  • 1 Celery
  • 2 tbsp Pickles
  • 1 tbsp Sesame
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 150 cc Water
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp Potato starch
  • a lot Love

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Chopped spring onion

Instructions

  • Cut eggplant into 3 cm thick.
  • Remove inside of 1. (Don’t make hole in one way)
  • Chop 2, celery, and pickles.
  • Mix 3, minced pork, sesame, oyster sauce, with love well.
  • Put potato starch in 2, then put 4.
  • Put potato starch around 5.
  • Bake 6 from meat side with sesame oil on a frying pan for 1minutes, then turn over and add 150cc water and steam for 5 minutes, then wait until water dried off.
  • Eat 7 with mix grated ginger, chopped spring onion, vinegar, and soy sauce.

Notes

Celery has appetite improvement effects and take off extra heat in the body.
