Eggplant dumpling

Ingredients
- 3 Eggplant
- 100 g Minced pork
- 1 Celery
- 2 tbsp Pickles
- 1 tbsp Sesame
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 150 cc Water
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Potato starch
- a lot Love
Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Chopped spring onion
Instructions
- Cut eggplant into 3 cm thick.
- Remove inside of 1. (Don’t make hole in one way)
- Chop 2, celery, and pickles.
- Mix 3, minced pork, sesame, oyster sauce, with love well.
- Put potato starch in 2, then put 4.
- Put potato starch around 5.
- Bake 6 from meat side with sesame oil on a frying pan for 1minutes, then turn over and add 150cc water and steam for 5 minutes, then wait until water dried off.
- Eat 7 with mix grated ginger, chopped spring onion, vinegar, and soy sauce.
Notes
Celery has appetite improvement effects and take off extra heat in the body.
