Maccha dumpling

Ingredients

  • 20 g Potato starch
  • 15 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Maccha
  • 200 cc Water
  • 75 g White bean paste
  • Amount you like Soy bean powder
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix potato starch, sugar, and love.
  • Add water to 1.
  • Heat 2 and remove from the heat when the mixture has thickened.
  • Put plastic wrap in a small bowl, put 1/10 of 3, 15g of white bean paste on it, and cover with another 1/10 of 3, then make balls and tie with rubber bands.
  • Put 4 in cold water with ice.
  • Put 5 on a plate and sprinkle soy bean powder.

Notes

Bitter maccha and sweet white bean paste is a good combination. It is good for hot days.
