Maccha dumpling

Ingredients
- 20 g Potato starch
- 15 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Maccha
- 200 cc Water
- 75 g White bean paste
- Amount you like Soy bean powder
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Mix potato starch, sugar, and love.
- Add water to 1.
- Heat 2 and remove from the heat when the mixture has thickened.
- Put plastic wrap in a small bowl, put 1/10 of 3, 15g of white bean paste on it, and cover with another 1/10 of 3, then make balls and tie with rubber bands.
- Put 4 in cold water with ice.
- Put 5 on a plate and sprinkle soy bean powder.
Notes
Bitter maccha and sweet white bean paste is a good combination. It is good for hot days.
