Strawberry tart
Tofu cream is really healthy. It is lighter taste than whipped cream

Ingredients
Pastry
- 180 g Flour
- 15 g Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg yolk
- 80 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 6 Strawberries
Filling
- 150 g Tofu
- 25 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 5 Strawberries
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, egg yolk, butter, and milk with love well.
- Make a bowl of 1 and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Put tofu, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and strawberries into the speed cutter and mix well.
- Extend 3 to 5mm, then die cut with round shape.
- Put 4 on the baking tray and make holes.
- Bake 5 at 190℃ for 10 minutes then wait in the oven for 10 minutes
- When 6 becomes cool, you put 3 and strawberries on top and serve.
