Today we welcomed a close group of three friends from Australia who visited Kura Cooking as part of their high school graduation trip.

They love ramen and gyoza, so they had a great time making handmade gyoza from scratch and preparing miso ramen with Japanese-style dashi. They cooked with lots of enthusiasm and enjoyment.

I was very happy to see how much they enjoyed the experience.
