A Private Cooking Lesson: Healthy Japanese Dishes

Today we welcomed a man for a private lesson at Kura Cooking. He was very serious about learning how to make healthy dishes.

For the welcome drink, we served ginger roselle tea, which warmed the body nicely. Peeling taro and making fresh ginger juice took a bit of time, but he enjoyed the process very much.The requested miso-marinated cheese and rice pudding turned out delicious, and it seems he’ll be making them again at home.
