Apple Feast
We began by tasting and comparing 10 different varieties of apples, then discussed together which apples would be best for each recipe before deciding and starting to cook. It turned into a truly wonderful lesson. The welcome drink was spiced apple cinnamon tea.

The menu was created with Christmas in mind, and I was delighted to see that our guests enjoyed it so much.

Meatloaf made with four different kinds of apples

Apple and sweet potato salad

Sweet potato paste with apple

Apple cream pie soup

Mixed rice with rice

Apple cake
