A Cool Couple from France
Today we welcomed a wonderful couple from France. Even with age, he remains the perfect gentleman—every small gesture was elegant and charming. His wife, a hardworking professional, told us that cooking is his domain, so she simply watched and took many photos while he cooked.

They prepared:

• Non-fried tonkatsu
• Shira-ae
• Temari sushi
• Miso soup
• Uiro

And they finished everything beautifully.

Watching them, my husband and I couldn’t help thinking, “We hope we can grow older as gracefully and stylishly as they have.”
