This class featured a menu perfect for the seasonal transition:
- Stir-fried shrimp with Chinese medicinal spices
- Pumpkin and seaweed salad
- Rice flour okonomiyaki
- Rice cooked with white ear mushrooms and dried baby sardines
- Winter melon and dried shiitake mushroom soup
- Rice flour chestnut cake
