In January’s Cooking Class “Let’s enjoy afternoon tea”

The welcome flowers were some winter sweets from my garden. They were a really nice yellow and looked like artificial flowers.

The theme of this month’s menu was “St. Valentine’s day”

A lot of students attended the class this month. I was really happy.

They will be able to make some this month’s sweets for their sweethearts.

The scones were made with Sake lees witch are called “an IV you can drink”

We smelled the scent sake in the fresh- baked scones. A little Sake lees made the scones smell well.

We ate them with mascarpone and sweet red beans.

The Chocolate quinoa cake didn’t use flour. They were really soft and healthy.

The Chocolate mousse is a simple and delicious recipe

The Chinese cabbage sandwiches are good for the winter season.

We could taste the black pepper in them.

We drank Darjeeling tea which had the scent of Muscats and French Earl Grey tea which had the scent of oranges.

We had a very good time talking with each other while eating a lot of sweets, and drinking nice tea
