January’s Menu
I prepare the unique menu for January’s cooking lesson.
Sardine spring roll/Cooked salty pork and vegetables with soy sauce/
Mix lily bulb and sour plum/Steamed lotus roots with special sauce/
Rolled sushi with avocado and pork/Lees soup of chicken and leek/
Japanese sweet of dried persimmons.
I have some space on the 15th (Sun).
