December is a really busy month for everybody, isn’t it?

But most mothers would like to make a special dinner for their family.

So, last month’s recipes are all very easy to make and taste good.

First we drink a hot quince and lemon drink to relax.

Fish pie Japanese style was adapted from a traditional English-style fish pie.

English pies don’t use usual flour crust, they use a mashed potato crust.

I made potato crust with rice malt. It added some kinds of white fish and shrimp.

The inside of the fried tofu was colorful like autumn. People usually eat smoked squid alone with alcohol, but mixing Chinese cabbage and smoked squid became produced a salad with a new taste. Steamed paprika was coated with sesame oil and salty kelp, it was nice. Bean sprout rice was healthy, and it goes well with the radish soup.

The desert was a sweet coconut milk soup with wheat starch and wolfberries.

I hope you will have a good Christmas and exciting New Year with delicious dishes!

I am afraid Kura-cooking will offer only private lessons in December.
