A novel way to serve it!
Strawberry Tiramisu decorated by my granddaughter alone.
I placed the cake, mascarpone cream made from tofu cream and mascarpone cheese, and fresh strawberries.
When I first briefly explained how to make the cake, she said, “Okay. I can do it by myself.
I watched over her.
I wondered what she would do with the fresh strawberries at the end,
What a surprise!
And strawberries’ hips were pointing up…
She was so happy that she had done everything by herself.
The smiling face of my granddaughter brings me happiness.
The tiramisu was delicious with milk tea.
It was so delicious that it was beautifully decorated and made in the class of Kura Cooking!
