Soumen noodle Pumpkin
The outside is just like that of a winter melon.
Cut in half, it is like an usual pumpkin.
Remove the seeds, the fresh look different from that of an usual pumpkin.
Boil the fresh and shell and then soak them in cold water.
Something which looks the yellow soumen noodle comes out.
We eat them with vinegar, with soy-sauce, or stir-fry them with vegetables.
