Roast Beef
<Ingredients>
Beef thigh 500g~600g
Garlic 1piece
Red wine 2tbsp
Soy sauce 1tbsp
Salt-malted rice 1tbsp
Pepper a lot
Love a lot
Soy sauce 100cc
wine 100cc
Laurier 1
Chinese cabbage 1/4
Leek 1
Laver 5
Sesame 1tbsp
Soy sauce 1tbsp
<Preparation>
- Beef return to the room temperature, and rubbed grated garlic and seasonings into it.
- Bake 1 (4 surfaces) for a few min. each in the frying pan with oil. Then steam it for 5 min.
- You stick metal skewer into 2 for 10 sec. and you feel it warm. Roast beef is ready.
- Wrap 3 and stay for 30min.
- Make sauce with 1 and soy sauce, wine, and Laurie
- Cut all the vegetables and mix together.
*Beef has Arachidonate Acid, it gives people’s body and brain well.
