Today I welcomed three lovely ladies who all love cooking. They came from Hungary, Turkey, and Belgium, and each of them was elegant and full of energy.

They were very skillful—chopping vegetables, scratching gyoza wrappers, wrapping the filling, and more. They enjoyed making everything with great enthusiasm.

They also loved the miso we used, and it sounds like they’ll be coming back in winter for a miso-making class. I’m already looking forward to seeing them again!
