In today’s class, a lovely parent and child made ramen, gyoza, and a refreshing summer dessert—matcha water cakes filled with plum bean paste.

The gyoza, ramen, and Macha dessert they created together were full of love and turned out absolutely delicious. It looks like they’ll enjoy making gyoza as a family during the summer holidays—I’m sure they’ll turn out wonderfully! (^o^)
