Pomegranate

This year, our pomegranate tree in the field produced so many pomegranates!

Every year, the pomegranate tree produces small pomegranates, but only one or two grow into large pomegranates.

It’s been about 10 years since I’ve harvested this many.

First, I cut one.

When I put about 20 of them in my mouth and ate them (I took out the seeds), juicy and sour juice spread out.

It was a moment of bliss!

I repeated this about 5 times.

I ate the pomegranate which is full of antioxidants,

I was finished recharging my energy.

This pomegranate tree is over 100 years old. It makes me feel strange to think that my ancestors must have eaten it.

I feel a sense of wonder.
