White Kikurage(fungus) Halloween Style

- 10 g white fungus
- 10 g butterfly peas
- 100 ml hot water
- 1 tbsp agape syrup
- 1 tbsp roselle syrup (if not available, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice + 1 tbsp honey)

Soak white kikurage (fungus) in water and set aside.
Cut 1 into bite-size pieces.
Put hot water and butterfly peas in a pot and make butterfly pea tea.
Put 2 into 3 and heat to soften the white fungus.
When white kikurage (fungus) are soft, add agape syrup and bring to a boil.
Leave 5 to cool, serve, and drizzle with roselle syrup (enjoy the change in color and texture, perfect for a Halloween).
Even though, white kikurage(fungus) contains a lot of plant collagen, which will definitely make your skin feel fuller. It also cleanses the lungs, making it a good food to eat during the change of seasons.
