Roast walnuts at 170℃ for 8 minutes and chop roughly.
Put golden syrup and sugar in a frying pan and fry over medium heat until caramelized. Add walnuts and butter and mix well. When the mixture hardens, remove from heat and set aside on a sheet of cooking paper.
Combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix with a whisk to incorporate air
Add butter to 3 and mix well.
Add egg, caramelized walnuts and love to 4 and mix, then add milk while checking the consistency
Cut out the dough with a scone cutter and bake at180 degrees for 20 minutes
